By purchasing or using HelpMap, you agree to the following terms:

HelpMap is a digital software product consisting of a pre-configured WordPress website, designed to support coordination during emergency or aid-related events. It is available in two formats:

As a Managed Website, hosted and maintained by us.

As a Self-Hosted Version, handed over to the buyer for independent hosting and maintenance.
2. Intended Users
HelpMap is primarily intended for governmental institutions and public organizations, but it may also be used by members of the general public. There are no restrictions on who may purchase or use the product.
3. Licensing and Usage
Use of the HelpMap software is governed by a separate License Agreement. Key points include:

Internal modifications are permitted after delivery.

Reselling, redistribution, or sublicensing of the software is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for adhering to the terms of the License Agreement.
4. Payment and Refund Policy

No refunds are offered once a purchase is made.

A staging environment is available for you to test the product prior to launch or hand-over.
