This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you (“Licensee”) and 100plugins, Daniel Schönherr, located at Kolonnenstraße 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany (“Licensor”), regarding the use of the HelpMap software product (“Software”).
1. Grant of License
Subject to full payment, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use one instance of the Software for a single website.
2. Permitted Use
Licensee may:

Install and use the Software on one domain or website.

Modify the Software internally to suit organizational or project-specific needs.
3. Restrictions
Licensee may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software to third parties.

Resell, relicense, or offer the Software (or any part of it) as a service or product.

Use the Software on more than one website without prior written consent.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if the Licensee violates any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided “as-is” without any warranty. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, with exclusive jurisdiction in Berlin.
