HelpMap empowers your community to organize aid quickly and effectively by making it easy for anyone to share needs and offers for support on a live, interactive map.
Add Markers in Seconds
Everyone in your community — whether they need help or want to offer support — can contribute to the map. By clicking the + button, users can sign up or log in. Registration is quick and takes less than a minute. Once registered, they can immediately add their own markers to the map to share needs or offers for help.
I Need Help
Residents who need assistance can select the “I Need Help” category and describe their needs, location, and contact information. This gives others in the community a clear picture of where help is needed—right down to the street level.
I Can Help
Community members who want to provide support can add a marker using the “I Can Help” category. By sharing what kind of aid they can offer and how to reach them, they become part of a network of neighbors helping neighbors.
Volunteer Centers
Local organizations or improvised volunteer centers can mark themselves using the “Volunteer Center” category. This helps people quickly find nearby hubs of coordinated aid within your community.
Problem Solved
Once support has been successfully delivered, users can update their markers to the “Problem Solved” category. This helps reduce clutter and keeps the map focused on current needs across your area.
Smart Filtering and Search
Advanced search and filtering tools let users find relevant markers based on category, keyword, or proximity—ensuring that vital information is always easy to access.
Dashboard for Coordinators
As the website operator or local coordinator, you’ll have access to a powerful Dashboard with a complete overview of all map activity. See every location, every request, and every offer—along with contact details—so you can manage and guide your community’s response with clarity and confidence.
You will also have more than 60 options to customize everything, from the map style to the submission form fields and the content.
